1-Year Limited Warranty
Rustiracraft backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.
Not covered:
- Misuse or handling outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals or unsuitable finishes
- Accidental damage such as scratches, dents, water damage or pet damage
- Damage caused by fire, flood or other natural disasters
- Normal ageing, including fading, colour change and surface wear
After the warranty period: we may still supply replacement materials where available, though labour and shipping costs would be yours to cover.

Our Material Promise — 100% Solid Natural Wood
Every Rustiracraft piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.
We stand behind what we make. If your item doesn't match its description, we'll arrange an exchange or refund in line with our store policy.

Payment & Security
An entirely open media frame in Natural Solid Wood, shaped as one long rounded-end loop with a single shelf running its full length and curved dividers propping that shelf at intervals. Nothing on it closes: every compartment is open front and back, so the piece reads as a drawn outline rather than a cabinet.

Design & Craftsmanship
This piece is built as an outline: a single loop of timber with rounded ends, a shelf running through it, and a handful of shaped uprights holding the two apart. The uprights are the interesting part, because they are not posts but curved brackets that swell where they meet the shelf and taper away from it, which lets the load pass smoothly into the frame without any visible joint. Since everything is open front and back, the wall behind becomes part of the composition and light travels right through the piece. That openness is also the trade-off: there is nowhere to hide anything, so whatever you put on it is on display.
Placement & Use
It suits a room where the wall behind is worth seeing and the equipment is tidy enough to be left visible. Because the frame is see-through, it also works well as a low divider in an open-plan space.
Care & Customization
Wipe the frame, the shelf and the dividers with a soft dry cloth, following the curve rather than across it. Keep the piece clear of radiators and damp walls and out of prolonged direct sun, and avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners. A range of widths is listed, custom sizing can be agreed before production, and each tone is a surface coat over the same Natural Solid Wood.

Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
