Warranty Policy
At Rustiracraft we take pride in creating handcrafted furniture from Natural Solid Wood with careful attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every piece is individually made by hand, celebrating the natural beauty and character of real wood.
We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty for all furniture products, effective from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Rustiracraft will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected part(s).
Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
Because each piece is handcrafted from Natural Solid Wood, slight variations in wood grain, texture, tone, and natural movement are considered part of the unique character of the furniture and are not regarded as defects.
This warranty applies only to defects related to materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
- Improper use, misuse, or abnormal use of the product
- Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or strong cleaning agents
- Negligence, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear over time, including minor scratches, fading, dents, discoloration, or natural wood movement
- Water damage, excessive moisture exposure, or unsuitable environmental conditions
- Pet-related damage, burns, cuts, or impact damage
- Natural disasters or force majeure events, including floods, earthquakes, storms, or other events beyond reasonable control
- Variations in wood grain, knots, texture, or color tone inherent to Natural Solid Wood
- Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired
For issues reported after the warranty period, Rustiracraft may offer replacement parts or material support when available. However, any labor, repair, or shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our furniture is designed for indoor residential use unless otherwise specified. To preserve the beauty and longevity of Natural Solid Wood, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to standing water, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperature changes.
