1-Year Limited Warranty
Rustiracraft backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.
Not covered:
- Misuse or handling outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals or unsuitable finishes
- Accidental damage such as scratches, dents, water damage or pet damage
- Damage caused by fire, flood or other natural disasters
- Normal ageing, including fading, colour change and surface wear
After the warranty period: we may still supply replacement materials where available, though labour and shipping costs would be yours to cover.

Our Material Promise — 100% Solid Natural Wood
Every Rustiracraft piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Payment & Security
A low media unit in Natural Solid Wood with three open bays along the top and three drawers below, each drawer front filled with fine vertical reeding and cut with a carved oval recess that serves as its pull. Instead of legs, the case rests on two bent wooden loops at the ends.
Product Highlights
- Material — Natural Solid Wood in the case, the reeded drawer fronts and the looped base.
- Three open bays — the upper band is left open across the full width for media equipment.
- Three reeded drawers — fine vertical fluting covers each of the three drawer fronts below.
- Carved oval pulls — a shallow oval recess is cut into each front and takes the place of a handle.
- Bent loop base — two open timber loops carry the ends and leave the floor visible beneath.
Design & Craftsmanship
The reeding on the drawer fronts is cut fine and close, so from any distance it reads as a single soft texture and only resolves into separate flutes when you are near it. Into that texture the maker drops one shallow oval, scooped just deep enough to take the fingers, and that recess is the only interruption on an otherwise uniform front. Above it the case opens out completely into three bays, which gives the piece a light upper half and a solid lower one rather than a single wall of storage. The base does away with legs altogether: two loops of timber, bent into a long rounded shape and set at the ends, carry the whole case and leave an open view straight through to the floor.
Placement & Use
It works best where a screen is wall-mounted above and the open bays sit at eye level from the sofa. The looped base reads clearly over a hard floor, so avoid burying it in a deep pile rug.
Care & Customization
Brush dust out of the reeding along the flutes and wipe the oval recesses with a soft dry cloth. Keep the unit away from radiators, damp corners and prolonged direct sun, and never use abrasive pads or solvents on the finish. Widths run across several options, bespoke sizing can be arranged, and each tone listed is a surface finish over the same Natural Solid Wood.

Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
