1-Year Limited Warranty
Rustiracraft backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.
Not covered:
- Misuse or handling outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals or unsuitable finishes
- Accidental damage such as scratches, dents, water damage or pet damage
- Damage caused by fire, flood or other natural disasters
- Normal ageing, including fading, colour change and surface wear
After the warranty period: we may still supply replacement materials where available, though labour and shipping costs would be yours to cover.

Our Material Promise — 100% Solid Natural Wood
Every Rustiracraft piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.
We stand behind what we make. If your item doesn't match its description, we'll arrange an exchange or refund in line with our store policy.

Payment & Security
A media stand in Natural Solid Wood built from one continuous ribbon of timber, bent into a long double loop so that the same board forms the top surface, curls under to make two large openings and returns to the floor. Nothing on it encloses: the two openings are the storage, and both are open front and back.

Design & Craftsmanship
The whole stand is one idea carried through: a single ribbon of timber, held at a constant thickness, bent through two loops so that top, support and storage are all the same piece of material. Keeping that section even through every curve is the hard part, because any variation in thickness would show instantly along a line this long and this exposed. The two loops face in opposite directions, which balances the form and means the stand looks quite different approached from the left or the right. Since nothing closes, the piece is as much sculpture as storage, and the shadows it casts on the wall behind change through the day.
Placement & Use
It suits an uncluttered room where the stand can be seen from more than one angle rather than pushed flat to a wall. Keep the openings sparsely filled, as a crowded loop loses the line the whole piece depends on.
Care & Customization
Wipe the ribbon with a soft dry cloth, running along the curve rather than across the grain. Keep the stand away from radiators, damp walls and long spells of direct sun, and avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners. A range of widths is listed, custom sizing can be agreed before production, and every tone is a surface coat over the same Natural Solid Wood.

Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
