1-Year Limited Warranty
Rustiracraft backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.
Not covered:
- Misuse or handling outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals or unsuitable finishes
- Accidental damage such as scratches, dents, water damage or pet damage
- Damage caused by fire, flood or other natural disasters
- Normal ageing, including fading, colour change and surface wear
After the warranty period: we may still supply replacement materials where available, though labour and shipping costs would be yours to cover.

Our Material Promise — 100% Solid Natural Wood
Every Rustiracraft piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.
We stand behind what we make. If your item doesn't match its description, we'll arrange an exchange or refund in line with our store policy.

Payment & Security
A media console in Natural Solid Wood framed by two enormous timber scrolls: at each end the board curls up to finish as a small flat ledge and curls down again to carry the piece. Between them a case of three fronts is carved with a continuous fluted wave that ripples the full width.

Design & Craftsmanship
The frame is the structure here: a broad band of timber at each end, bent into a closed loop so that its upper end flattens into a small ledge and its lower end returns to the floor, with the storage case suspended between the two. That means the body never touches the ground directly, and the daylight visible through the loops is what keeps a piece of this size from looking heavy. Across the case fronts runs a fluted wave, parallel grooves that lift and fall together so the texture behaves like a swell rather than a stripe. The two languages sit well together because both are curves, one drawn at the scale of the room and the other at the scale of a fingertip.
Placement & Use
Give it a long wall and enough clearance at each end for the scrolls to be seen in full. The small ledges on top of each loop are shallow, so keep them for one light object rather than a group.
Care & Customization
Brush along the flutes following the swell, and wipe the scrolled frame with a soft dry cloth. Keep the console away from radiators, damp walls and prolonged direct sun, and never use abrasive pads or solvents on the finish. Widths run across several options, bespoke sizing can be arranged before production, and every tone is a surface finish over the same Natural Solid Wood.

Each piece is packed with protective materials so it arrives without dents or cracks. Where an item ships in more than one part, detailed assembly instructions are included and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
