1. General Information
Rustiracraft specializes in handcrafted products made from Natural Solid Wood. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in wood grain, finish tone, texture, and dimensions may naturally occur.
All products are made with careful attention to craftsmanship and quality.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and specifications are accurate. However:
- Minor variations may occur due to the handmade process.
- Natural wood patterns, knots, and grain details are unique to each piece.
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on monitor or device settings.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product details, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.
4. Order Processing
Most handcrafted orders require approximately:
- 5–7 business days for production
- 5–7 business days for shipping
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Once production begins, cancellation requests may not always be possible.
5. Shipping
Rustiracraft offers international shipping to many countries worldwide.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rustiracraft is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
6. Custom & Personalized Orders
Customized or personalized products are made specifically according to customer requests.
Because these items are created individually, customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before production begins.
7. Returns & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund (when applicable)
Natural wood variations, grain differences, or minor handcrafted characteristics are not considered defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rustiracraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or website.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, handling, and maintenance of all products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
